Blog Licensing Contract Administrator
The position involves all aspects of the blog content licensing contract cycle. The Licensing Contract Administrator will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending blogs for their writing quality and topic relevance, targeted to our enterprise clients then ensuring that the contracts are processed.
We are looking for a contract administrator to help us: monitor, review and prospect for quality domestic and international blogs to ensure revenue maximization within our Blogs on Demand product; communicate with bloggers who complete our online query form; track and maintain all lead information in Salesforce.com; build our content roster which includes but is not limited to finance, politics, health and technology categories; efficiently process signed contracts
Requirements: A passion for blogs is first and foremost. We want individuals who are enthusiastic, resourceful, persuasive, and well-organized. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive written and verbal communication skills; fast reader; ability to quickly assess writing quality of others; understanding of bloggers’ concerns, Must be organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. An independent worker, who requires minimal daily supervision. Interest in varied topics such as finance, politics, technology, health.
Familiarity with SalesForce.com, Quickbase and Google Apps are a plus. This is a part-time virtual telecommuting position that could lead to a full time position.

Responsibilties: Content, News and Blog sales/business development to the Financial, Corporate, and Government markets. We would like you to have a background selling such services to either buy- or sell-side institutions on Wall Street, or the general financial industry. Requires a thorough knowledge of real-time news and blogs, data content and analytic tools. We want individuals who are enthusiastic, resourceful, persuasive, and well-organized with strong relationship management skills. This is a virtual telecommuting position.

Blog Acquisition - Part Time
Are you a blogger? Or do you get most of your news from blogs? Do you read thousands of blogs each day? Newstex is looking to expand our blog acquisition team (what we fondly refer to as ”BAT”) and could use your help.
Responsibilities: Tasks include: researching and prospecting for new blogs that are appropriate for our Blogs on Demand product, convincing bloggers to syndicate their content to us, answering questions about our company and service via email and telephone, and keeping track of your status on a weekly basis. We pay based on each successfully executed blog agreement that an individual is able to secure.
Requirements: A passion for blogs is first and foremost. We want individuals who are enthusiastic, resourceful, persuasive, and well-organized. Sales experience is helpful, but not necessary. This is a part-time virtual telecommuting position.
