Newstex Online Royalty Statement System
The Newstex Online Royalty Statement System offers quick online access to royalty reports for publishers who syndicate their content through Newstex. This system replaces the Newstex Royalty Dashboard with a faster and easier to use interface that’s also mobile-friendly!
Here’s how it works:
1. Open your monthly Newstex Royalty Report email.
As soon as you earn over $25 in royalties, you will start to receive a monthly Newstex Royalty Report email from which you can access your online royalty statement.
2. Click the Online Royalty Statement link.
Click the unique and private link included in your Royalty Report email message to view your secure statement in the Newstex Online Royalty Statement System. This link is a “signed URL” which does not require login. The URL will be active for 30 days only.
3. View your royalty earnings.
Your royalty statement is provided through a secure, online session and includes information from the two prior reporting periods. When you click on the month name, you will find the clients listed, as well as their associated royalties, or you may click the download link within your online report to download a CSV file of your statement information.
