Newstex, the leading provider of full text authoritative content for   syndication to  the financial, corporate, academic and government  marketplaces, is currently looking for a Content Licensing Contract Administrator to join our team!  Check out the job description and application instructions below:Job Description:The Content Licensing Contract Administrator position involves all aspects of the content licensing contract  cycle from compiling newly signed contract information from our Content  Acquisition team to ensuring that the contracts are processed in our  database.We are looking for a contract administrator to help us:

• Communicate with prospective publishers who complete our online  query form, as well as handle queries from our existing publishers

• Track and maintain all lead and account information in our database and  website marketing page

• Work closely with our  Editorial, Content Acquisition and Operations teams

• Efficiently process signed contracts

Requirements: A passion for blogs is first and foremost. We want  individuals who are enthusiastic, resourceful, well-organized,  detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Excellent interpersonal and persuasive written and verbal communication  skills required.
